Adam Saadi brings more than forty years of experience in the development, acquisition, and operation of convenience stores and gas stations. His background covers the complete project lifecycle — site selection, entitlements, ground-up construction, and ongoing store operations. Adam has personally developed three convenience store and fuel station properties from the ground up and continues to own and operate retail and fuel locations across the Greater Houston market.

Construction Operations Manager

Selwyn Thint is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Texas (License No. 80446) with more than thirty years of experience across design and construction. He has led the design of a substantial portfolio of public-sector and private-sector projects and concurrently operates a construction firm through which he has served as builder of record. That dual background gives Tri Ventures internal constructability review and technical oversight on every project we build.

Neil Nesmith

Construction Operations Manager

Neil Nesmith has been active in the construction industry since 2006. He began his career as a project manager and superintendent before founding Nesmith Builders, which specializes in commercial construction, custom residential construction, and design-build delivery. Neil has developed and maintained a long-standing client relationship with First National Bank, delivering multiple branch locations across Texas, and his experience extends across retail center construction and construction consulting on a wide range of commercial assets.
